The market sentiment right now is very hot and I am seeing a lot of my investors really pushing the ARV in a wide range of areas.

It is there you can network with other investors in your area as well as other real estate professionals (lenders, appraisers, title reps, escrow officers, etc.)Once you have a deal brewing, bring the details of the deal here. 

While there I will be pulling probate leads from multiple counties and am interested in meeting up with some investors to network.
