Just started training for my RE Agent license, but looking into doing wholesale in the mean time.

Although to be fair all those guru programs are generally a waste of time and money, so hopefully you didn’t spend to much money on that stuff.Second you didn’t mention it but you’re going to need money to wholesale.

Lastly, I'd like to build some relationships with other investors in the Chattanooga area, including other landlords, wholesalers, etc. 

Anyone who is not serious about operating their business-be it agent, broker, wholesaler, LL etc typically falls first in an economic downturn.

Any known investor friendly Title/Escrow companies or contacts in the area specifically experienced with wholesale deals?

Oh also they do everything in house wholesale prices for example a new AC unit is approx 5500 and they charge 3500 thats just one example and they ask before doing anything which is nice.
