Hey @Steven Wilson Yes, there's a bit of maintenance involved since it's a vehicle and travels long miles. 

Then there are costs associated with providing activities, food, a vehicle, management company, etc.

I personally believe the best investment vehicle is real estate. 

Since IRA is a tax-deferred vehicle and the interest income is considered passive all income will be deferred from taxes or tax-free if done inside of a Roth.2.
