I feel like good, unique design is one thing we have to set ourselves apart of the typical flippers/rehabbers in our area — if I see one more cookie-cutter rehabbed home I might scream!

Any good websites for accurately predicting rent ranges in a particular area (found a bunch, but would like to know which is most accurate/useful)?

Range seems like a natural limitation of Wi-Fi, and I don't see a concise limiting principle on how much coverage should be expected of me when I have a payment-only obligation.

Price should be in the $1,500-$2,500 range for the main service change.

The destination of the direction I was going was not a bad one, however, some of my life goals (home ownership (X many), a yard for my unborn kids, laundry in my own unit, passive income to go to my unborn kid's field trips on a whim...) were just too far out of striking range within my preferred timeline.

It’s not my need but I’m aware that price range around my area is a steal !
