My wife is perfect example she sells 10 to 15 million a year and has been a top earner for 20 plus years.. so digs what she does its not work its a lifestyle .. not sure why everyone thinks just living on rental income and doing nothing else is so appealing.. but then again I never had a job working for anyone so I don't understand whats so bad about having something to do every day..

I believe most lenders will require you to personally guarantee the loan since the LLC is so new.

It doesn't guarantee they're legit and you still have to vette them, but there is so much fraud online now that I personally wouldn't even waste my time trying to vette someone unless I had met them face-to-face and shook their hand first.

Most Whole Life policies have Cash Values where you can cash out and get thousands of dollars, or you can borrow against the Cash Value.The main reason people (a man) gets life insurance is so when (not if) he dies the insurance money covers payment to pay off a property and to pay bills like inheritance tax, income taxes, etc..If you have a family get some life insurance when you are young so you pay much less for the insurance, but forget about the 5% because that is not what it is about.
