I would love to be all in on one for 20-25k cash and bring in 1000/mo as a buy and hold, but that seems way too good to be true.

I'm not excited by the location of the property but it's a 4 unit.

I've recently inherited a property, which I'm not selling and currently renting.

Another question: Have you noticed any change in income for the property since the policy was implemented?

Are you interested in getting MLS access and access to look at all of the vacant properties first as an investor who has a license? 

I mean, it's your property......At least that's how I always handled it....

I'm learning a lot on here and I look forward to getting some rental/investment property in the future.

Next step is a multifamily property.
