I'm tired of self-managing. 

At least for now until we get tired of managing things :)The duplex has separate and fenced back yards.

I was tired of single family homes as rentals and I wanted to dive into multi-family properties.

I decided not to pursue it after kicking the tires.  

You're actually adding to the cost of the property.I am so tired of hearing that your tenants pay your mortgage.

At 10-40 units, you can target off market 'tired landlords' negotiate seller financing and, in my own opinion, have a higher success rate. 

At this point I’m tired of middle men loan officers lol

You’ll quickly tire of a property with no income.In my view, cash flow is king.

I used to charge $100 for them as it was a fair amount of work and it was too easy for people to ask you to do them for free....so thought I would cut the serious asset managers from the tire kickers by charging.   

I own most of mine outright and am tired of paying fire policy premiums that tripled over the last 5 years.
