They've had the balls to ask me to install a ventilation in the small bathroom in the basement after all this fiasco.  

My new BP buddy is going to meet me for the first time at my unit next door to this and I barter installing a disposal for him serving my tenant.

He's paid late every month and always in 2 installments and currently I have not charged him late fees.

This can cause some installation issues when running the wall cabinets to the ceiling.

I would clean the cabinets, install new knobs and treat them with liquid gold to bring out a newer shine look to them.
