I've been trying to get this ball rolling for months but I've been very reluctant since I tend to overthink everything and feel like my money won't get put to good use if I don't make sure this is damn near perfect.Anyway, I know some may be terribly bored of reading or even responding to this topic but but I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for on BP and I also wanted an updated answer.

Since RVs don't like the cold, AND I've been obsessed with getting started in real estate, I was looking to house hack my way into a rental over the winter (and maybe another next winter and the winter after that)Unfortunately, with the market so high, the multi-family units listed in decent neighborhoods here have terrible numbers, so I figured I'd have to start looking off market...

Also not terribly efficient.There are many options for ductless equipment, it does not have to be a 1:1 or 2:1 indoor unit to outdoor unit ratio.
