Do you think direct mailing a hand written letter would be the best approach or getting in touch with an agent that specializes in this?

We are not some special case, seeing an opportunity no one else has - and while some might have been let down by that notion, it only made me more excited about all the concepts I could tap into.

Hi BP Family,I am looking to buy my first home and would like a person who specializes in 203k renovation loans and has a good relationship with general contractors as well. 

I suppose I could always request rezoning or a special use permit from P&Z later on, but I would like to get some answers now before I go under contract.

Most will say they don't go above 20 years but some actually specialize in 25 or even 30. 

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing.

If the siding is asbestos you can cover with minimal costs but if you remove then you are talking about possibly needing a specialized company coming in to remedy it.

It's important to find an agent that specializes in what you are hoping to accomplish.
