Personally I would draft a letter myself, go walk into the Broker's office and get a signature.

Then a second after no response I sent certified..so I think since the mail carrier couldn't get a signature, it got returned..need to go to post office to get it to verify exactly what happened.

She said I don't need a mobile notary since none of the documents require an original / wet signature.

In that case we list out what we are planning to do when, give them a copy, and get their signature on our copy once it is done to their satisfaction, and file that with the move in inspection.

I fully agree with @Ned Carey that any signature on behalf of an LLC, Corporation (any legal entity) should include someone's title / legal authority to represent that entity.
