I was shocked to see the price was raised to $174,500 when Fannie relisted the home (a $74,600 increase from the previous asking price of $99,900).

Bought it for 600K (which is actually cheap shockingly in the city), with 5 % down as a conventional loan.

I'd also be absolutely shocked if a lender said they only lend to LLCs.

The lack of rentals in this area was shocking.
