Guess I need to warm up to what “attractive” means.

I think part of what makes my entrepreneurial spirit is the attraction I have the bright shiny objects and what I call - Oh Look a Squirrel syndrome. 

And when you only buy houses that produce positive cash flow, you can survive any recession because rental rates are far more stable than home prices.

They produce simple results with no room for adjustment to come up with a more accurate outcome.

Attractiveness As we all know, the aesthetics and design of buildings send powerful messages to the people who visit them.

Are competitors full or are they offering discounts and specials to attract tenants? 

Smoking is considered cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookahs, water pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and any other like kind instrument that produces smoke or vapor, regardless of whether tobacco or other consumables are used.Never underestimate the stupidity of the average person. 

For any wholesaler out there, when you first went about getting an assignment contract/double close documents produced did you have your own drawn up and then reviewed by an attorney?
