This is the best scenario.Now, if there is a revival in the popularity of the hula-hoop in the next 12-months and the local hula-hoop factor doubles its workforce, housing demand tightens and the value of our house jumps to $115K by January 31, 2018, the option holder exercises his/her option, buys the house at $105K (for a total of 17.5K) and smiles like a Cheshire cat.
