The things are, master bath toilette leaks and I had to reseal it, master bath sink p trap leaks, and before youGo bananas over “why didn’t you get an inspection” we did but theses issues came up after living in it. kitchen sink not installed with proper clips so the hose pops off...basically a bunch of “oh this little piece I’m left with probably doesn’t matter...”Anyway, thanks and looking forward to the feedback!

If not for this wonderful group and website I’m not sure if I would have continued to push forward with this process.When I found every real estate question I would pop into google has a link to some blog or forum on here i quickly realized this community might be what I need.

The reason I didn't do anything with it was because I wasn't sure how to determine which stage of the process they were in (behind, pre, foreclosure, RIO...) and who to approach at the various stages.Also it seems like investors fall in to one of two categories: mom and pop small-scale (such as myself... thus far) and mega-investors managing thousands of leads, using VAs and spending tens of thousands on marketing.
