We own large apartment deals in KC, Lenexa and Lawrence and have always found the KC metro to be a steady performer.

I know people perform these transaction sans Realtors, but I have heard a ton of different opinions on the subject. 

Personally, my investors clients may start with working with several other agents, but over time - the other agents who don't perform weed themselves out and we're the last ones standing.Also, most of our investors don't require us to do detailed financials to see if the deal works.

I hope the comments have helped you to evaluate your performance and attention to details and less on the emotional reaction of the buyers (this will continue to happen!).

I didn't complete many of my goals (more specific), my real estate goals for 2014 enumerated:Cedric, you are to be commended for writing down your goals, keeping track of them, being accountable to them, and evaluating them in terms of past performance.  

You should not perform any sweat equity, nor should you handle cash flow.

I am now focusing on performing and non-performing note investing.

I get paid on tenant performance, and if they don't perform, I will evict as quick as possible.
