Do you still do the mobile homes?

Should I bother increasing the aesthetic value (landscaping, newer homes, etc) to make it feel/look more like a Mobile Home Community?

The land had been sold at auction a couple of times, and was finally owned by an insurance agency that has a real estate investing arm.

I'm buying the mobile homes in a certain place because the area is prime.

Have you managed a mobile home park before?

I cannot say for sure how well this particular brand holds up to standing water.I have also installed the vinyl planks before in a mobile home I owned years ago.  

Wholesaling, flipping, owning mobile home parks, apts bldgs?  

I found that a broker I tried to work with told me the bottom line without the details all of the time.6 months occupation apparently satisfies the interested agencies (this is hearsay). 51% owner occupied fourplex?

I had a few things broken around the house and they fixed them for me at no cost.One other thing to known is that a company can be reported to the credit reporting agencies just like an individual, you can also pull up there credit report to find out if they have had issues with not paying there suppliers, landlords, etc.
