It's important to stay current and ask around about which company is responding fastest, as sometimes they are overwhelmed, not having enough local vendors, and service is slower. 

Client had to source a local appraiser for COGO, due to scarcity of appraisers belonging to "Appraisal Nation." 

I'm still actively investing but I help others get started there as well.The city has been insanely good to me and my family, but yes... you do need to do a lot of due diligence and/or work with someone that REALLY understands the intricacies of the market.

(Multifamily)Outside of real estate, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking and skiing. 

Some do require a year, however there are local lenders that provide dscr products without the seasoning; you just have to check around. 

Can anyone recommend some groups that might be active in these areas??
