Historic homes here in Pheonix are extremely lucrative at this time I had a fellow investor just buy and flip one and it was not only cool to watch the process (not that difficult) but sold rather quickly because of the high demand in down town Phoenix.

@Kevin KanavaloffI know an old lady who almost completely replaced her breakfast cereal with newbie investors :) If you need help determining an an accurate property value consider hiring your own appraiser or getting a price opinion from the good agent / broker.  

They both have podcasts you can watch and I believe Joe provides coaching if you really want to take the leap.

Sounds like what happened to the lady from Shark Tank is exactly what a scammer would hope for - their fake email looks just like a bunch of real ones that come in all the time, and they get lucky.
