The cost of living is extremely low compared to other cities and you can still many many positive cash flowing and 1% deals here.

I live outside of Winnipeg, but would be willing to travel for meetups.

I read you have to live in the home, but was unsure if we would qualify.

They get their fee and feel they have to justify that fee by scaring the living sh** out of a prospective buyer.
