Lender B said if I close with my name and then transfer to an LLC after closing, the bank or credit union may call the loan and force a closing, but it is unlikely (whatever that means), and usually they wouldn’t even increase the rate.

But that doesn't mean that it's wise to buy a property that's not a good deal or that the numbers don't really work on.Here's what I'm doing right now: my goal is to increase monthly cash flow by means of forced appreciation because the market where I live has been simply insane and I have not had much luck finding any good deals.

Do a Google search for "The Forced Traffic & Conversion Strategy", and all this is explain in excruciating detail.NOW.. pay attention..This is scary... because you will spend a pretty penny on this, BUT think about this..you could spend 400 dollars every month for 12 months using a method that relies on luck and hope you land a deal..Or you can spend 4000 dollars in 1 month, and get 300??
