I made it for the purpose of educating and inspiring people that age is just a number and that no matter what if you hustle enough, you will succeed.

One thing that is really nice about the BP forums is that when asking a question you will either get little response (indicating your question was too specific or poorly phrased or some other issue) or genuine responses.

@Tom Gimer For my 2 cents, I also believe that since BP is geared strongly towards the "passive" income, Kiyosaki-inspired crowd who is looking for assets that can cash flow at 10%-20% cash-on-cash return with the additional cost of property management, it naturally isn't going to be as active as some "2nd tier" cities such as Indianapolis, Kansas City, Memphis, etc.
