You may not have made the same assumptions but everybody fills a vacumn differently.

You'd definitely want to invest in great management & or bring on an experienced partner to fill out the team's skillsets. 

@Ryan HorneI would suggest fill out a hml application or just request one.  

You are required to have every contractor fill out form W-9 for you.I highly recommend finding a good accountant to work with.The W-9 requires that they list what type of entity they are.

Once we work together on a deal or two odds are slim i would waste your time or mine by filling out the form on every property.
