Another example was a small dent in a wall that didn't need to be filled in that I puttied anyway... then realized that was one of the few walls in the house that I wasn't going to repaint and I didn't have the original paint color.

You are required to have every contractor fill out form W-9 for you.I highly recommend finding a good accountant to work with.The W-9 requires that they list what type of entity they are.

Once we work together on a deal or two odds are slim i would waste your time or mine by filling out the form on every property.
