The classic Nothing Down by Robert Allen let me believe I could be an investor.How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie is one  I try and re-read yearly. 

They are most likely going to finance it, so their personal debt load sharply influences the decision of potential lenders.

I for one will be looking into a good PM in the future as well because of my experience ( this may have been an exception but it did influence my decision to stay longer at the property)

Three trends we expect to have a high level of influence are:1) Slowing Tier I Markets and the Rise of the MidwestPrices in Tier I markets, such as San Francisco and New York - that saw sharp increases in 2013-2015 - will continue to soften in 2017.

.- With all the fiscal stimulus going into the economy, will we move into a possible inflationary environment?

Why would an entities reserve funds have an influence on an appraisal, unless the reserve funds were to be included in the sale?

That's a powerful intro to a conversation.Second to that, contact your entire sphere of influence.  

More specifically, I am curious if/how the timeliness of the Freddie Mac's response and the amount of the counteroffer in relation to your offer influences your response to their counteroffer.
