Zillow cold calling FRBO?

(The old fridge was 35.5" wide and the replacement fridge is 33" wide. both were the same height and the replacement fridge was about 1" bigger in depth.)The surrounding cabinets were custom made around the 35.5" fridge, so the fit was extremely tight, wouldn't be able to fit a 36" fridge.She was ok with the size when we discussed it prior to purchasing it, and everything was good when I dropped it off and installed it. but about an hour later she sent me a message stating she was unhappy with the size and wanted me to purchase one of the same size as the old one. 

If yes, should it be 100% of the cost or partial.Walls are extremely dirty.

Maybe work for them for free for a couple of months bird dogging (you'll learn about this in your readings) or making cold calls for them. 

Consider it a deep deep extremely deep buyer's concession. 

You could cold call direct to seller, find a deal, and then go to a local meet up event, and network to find a potential partner.
