I am hoping that getting employed in the real estate profession will only help me network and talk to more people that are doing what I want to do.The move to South Carolina will allow me to turn one home into two, take advantage of a lower cost of living and purchase more real estate since the average home price is approximately half of what it is here.

I am newly self employed after leaving my w-2 job and benefits to flip houses and dive into multi family.

Then out of nowhere an investor called us with a decent size pocket listing.

I am currently looking at a property in the Sacramento County and the house is just over 1000SQFT the lot size is just under 7000SWFT.

My team and our individual IRAs would not be employed for the business. 

Needing size, interior condition, rooms, bath, age etc. can not make out what you are getting?

A good number will vary based on the current market and the size of your metro area.

This could be a NNN leased industrial building, or a medium sized apartment building in a A/B class neighborhood with a property manager. 

Before I was employed, I bought/sold stuff on ebay, Amazon, etc.

I’ve heard that it’s difficult for self employed workers to get loans.
