Consider a person with good management skills and a deep understanding of computers, software, digital storage, along with a strong backbone is worth more you won't be able to attract good talent unless you accommodate them accordingly.

Computer, printer, walkie-talkies to take the parks (not everyone wants to use their phone when abroad because of the cost), efficient ac units, large washing machine and dryer (will save you money on electricity and water).

Go out into the marketplace and start learning what a good deal looks like. you can't do that sitting behind a computer screen. 

With GTM you can join by phone computer or tablet (really just about any device).  

Get some beers, sit down on the computer, fire up google earth, go for a cruise till you run out of beer.

Some lenders use automated desktop evaluations that amalgamate 20+ comps, tax records and MLS data to arrive at a value.

I would think that normally a spreadsheet or other computer system would calculate anything you'd want with these basic inputs.
