No one has ever complained.When you are on vacation you have time to use charcoal and things just taste better.I use a gas grill at home for convenience, but love using charcoal at the lake.Gas grills are much harder to clean or keep clean and you have to worry about running out of gas.My charcoal grill cost about $150 and I can easily replace it.

Now, we have a very nice gas grill on the deck, which is the natural grill to use, because of it's convenience. 

And manage dozens of personal rentals, several large flips, and 100 client turn over/flip projects each year, (I use FreshBooks for client stuff)I feel like you’d spend tons of time telling them how to categorize everything when you could just click the same button when convenient for you.

Otherwise it's been so convenient being able to get insurance in 5 minutes for rehabs with the click of a few buttons.

Although it is very conveniently accessible to a few other growing cities.

To make things worst, he conveniently forgot to include property taxes and management fees!

I agree, staying at the hotel is so convenient!

With that said that leaves the gamble of vacancy's at both my primary and the other unit.

Tenant elects to accept the property in its current condition and/or they are waiving their opportunity to inspect, at their own choosing and for their own convenience.

I believe that the more civil conveniences you provide the better your tenants will behave.
