Welcome to the forum Ranil,Turnkey properties are mostly buy and hold.Can't really "flip" them per se as the provider will not leave much (If any) equity in the deal.

It sounds like the lenders won't really allow us to change the name on the loan after purchase typically and if we buy in the properties through the LLC the 1031 exchange would be disqualified.
