Regardless of your political views, I think this is a discussion worth having.

My thinking was the media likes to paint us vs them for views and this revised vocab softens up that perceived beef.

Not to mention, I feel I would be in violation of my tenants safety by allowing their units to be viewed during the stay at home order.Does anyone know of any local, state, federal, anything, assistance for someone in my shoes?

addition to it being challenging to view properties, the current financial hardship is being acknowledge by lenders giving borrowers a 90 day graceperiod. 

Went to view a property found on the MLS and the seller who was also the builder was showing the property.

Particularly in times like these it would be good to see more cooperation, collaboration, and a view that works towards expanding the pie than carving out a diminishing slice of it.
