Those are always taken out of the loan first before funds applying to payoff.Remember, the lender will allow you to come up with funds for any shortage from another source..ie..private loan or seller 2nd.I do know of a couple sources for that area depending on your credit score.

The only thing I am certain of is that I do not want to continue living here in CHicago, and don't feel safe delivering pizza in the area.So my gut reaction after almost 3 years it to get out of town and find a source of income.
