I live and work in the swfla market, just south of there. 

I don’t like the area to live in but i could rent it out .

While this isn't common, I have know people that bought their first rental and when tenant moved out, had caused close to $20k in damages and skipped town after one year of living in place.  

She does not want to live in the house so we are trying to figure out a reasonable strategy for leveraging the house to buy a property that is in a more desirable location. 

Our experience is in short-term rentals, but we are open to the idea of being landlords if we find the right property.Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi all, Me and my wife live in our SFH full time for the past year. 

You can purchase your own ozone machine or pay someone who does this for a living.

The seller would be stuck with an illegal living situation, possibly dealing with the city to avoid lawsuits, and they have to put the property back into its original condition on their own dime.

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
