The GIS maps (can't find the plat on file) show that the parcel boundaries according to tax map and the parcel boundaries map appear to be fully in the clear for the driveway, house and 2 car garage shown below.

We currently live in Chicago, but my wife grew up just outside of Cleveland so looking to invest in Cleveland.I had been looking in Lakewood, but it appears that house prices have increased significantly and that taxes are quite high.

Texas is a non-disclosure state for the sale price, but it appears appraisal district always ended up finding out about the sales price (definitely for residential. not quite sure about commercial ones)Thanks in advance!

I’ve learned a ton on my 1.5 years on here and all I’ve done is message, comment and read.The first deal is the hardest the second and beyond is much easier

As a layperson, it would appear to me that if you were to attempt to prohibit a properly licensed medical marijuana tenant from his/her drug in any way, that would be discriminatory against a certain class of people.
