You can easily spend 3 years searching and only scratch the surface. 

Doesn’t matter if it’s hard surface floor or carpet.

Looking to network with local Upstate investors to gain better knowledge of local groups, strategies concerning others experience with the upstate's continued population growth/trends, local deals (haven't seen too much in terms of multi-units, but again just beginning my introduction to this vertical) - just scratching the surface).Here's to creating new fruitful networks and successfully progressing into a challenging, yet fun and rewarding adventure.Keith

Find a state and area to specialize in - on the surface it seems New York seems extremely difficult to get started in?

The properties are currently two  adjoining 4 unit apartment buildings which we will be converting to condos.  

All flooring needed to be replaced, there was some foundation issues from the earthquake of 94' (Northridge quake), the bathroom was in need of a full gut and rehab new, all bedrooms needed new light fixtures, closet doors, and some electrical upgrades, plus the driveway needed to be re-surfaced and the chain-link fence removed and replaced with a more appropriate wood fencing for curb appeal.
