They are legit.I have never done business with them, but I have acquaintances who have used them.

Property was more disgusting than we anticipated and we had to put extra money into deeper cleaning.

Interested in networking and learning more about multifamily investing.  

Basically we are looking to reduce our risk and if it defaults understand we would be coming after everything and anything.

Just a year and a half ago, I wholesaled the house directly across the street from this property, making this deal even more meaningful.

You’ll be able to access more equity in your primary vs a rental property, and the rate will be higher.

I went with the extended plan.
