When you post online about "unlimited funds" the sharks smell blood in the water.I will say that running out of state flips is VERY hard.

Hello everyone, thank you in advance for commenting on my post.

I've read several books on REI thus far but realize that the great minds on this forum can also provide significant and relevant insight on strategies they'd apply in current market conditions if they could start over with $250k in cash.For context, my family and I reside out-of-country, at the moment, but will likely return to the US in 1-2 years.

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

( it seems that most people who've posted say that pull out sofa isn't going to be comfortable enough, even with memory foam + topper. ) 

Hi Lina, If I am understanding your post, you are looking to pull about $30k from your SFR to build a mobile home on the same lot where the SFR is located at correct?

Absolutely no truth to prior posts suggesting one address will provide greater asset protection than the other.
