It is fitting with the style of the home.

I posted this a bit back but think it fits well here as well as far as getting them to take an offer. 

For example - When I moved to Southern California, I applied at one cute house, that had been offered for rent for 2 months - so, obviously it either didn't fit most tenants (only 1 bedroom) or the landlord/Property manager was too picky. 

We have very demanding, time consuming jobs, so we think buy-and-hold rental properties are a better fit for us than wholesaling, flipping, etc.  

If your gut is telling you it's not the right fit then start interviewing other brokers.

Every lead is not something you can turn into business, the quality of your leads has much to do with that but you need to recognize what fits your skill level and abilities to manage or work the leads.

If the lead doesn't fit your criteria on the phone, politely tell them that and move on to the next one. 

They also have about 45 pages of instructions, but most of what I need can fit on a page.

Next I would see if they are a good fit with you.
