I've had similar issues with tenants in the past and dealing with them while stationed across the country, or across the world on a deployment can make for a major headache and potentially cost a lot of money.

In most areas of the country this word can cause many problems.

I think you can see some very good returns in this part of the country for rentals.

You find accredited investors the same way you find any targeted group of individuals in our country; you advertise for them.  

My company actually holds properties or direct with the seller of properties in several markets in the country.

Does anyone happen to know how to bid on foreclosure sales or tax sales in countries in central america.
