But the only documentation I can get on that column from HUD is: fmrxx_x In the all bedroom file, the last x represents the number of bedroom and the first two x’s represent the last two digits of the year.

A lot of great options out there for self-managing if you decide to go that route; aside from providing the basics (listing, tenant screening, digital lease creation, rent collection, and maintenance tracking) some services also offer your tenants additional capabilities which makes it an easier sell on your end when getting them to transition over (ie. their ability to report on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus).

If it's low double digits I can hit that passively on real estate with no work versus running a business.If your hitting 20's and 30's I can see it being worth it.Have you tried getting an option on a strip center your restaurant goes into or the free standing building.
