Even though we had title pull the records, title missed (I actually still don't understand how this was missed) about $15,000 worth of medical leins/HOA leins on the condo the owners didn't disclose, and title didn't show them. 1) We would've been SCREWED if the owners decided not to sell the home, because then our rehab money was stuck unless they sold the property.
