I've never had a problem with guests getting into trouble with the wifi usage.You can control a lot with your router.When I had Satellite internet I flashed my router with custom software so that I could throttle users data after so much usage because I would have someone stay a weekend and use up my while months worth of data.

Don’t go out on the weekends when your buddies are, blowing their money.

You ask your friends what they did over the weekend.

Find a licensed plumber or electricians office and VOLUNTEER to work weekends or evenings.

But if you want to be in the game in a couple years, unfortunately, it's likely going to come down to how honest you are with the IRS about how much you are making this weekend in tips.Add up the extra taxes, and compare that to extra interest paid on a HML if you didn't pay those extra taxes, and paying the taxes wins all day, every day, compared to hard money Jack charging 13% and 3 points.

My end-state is to start my own PM company to manage my own investments and other investors portfolios in my area.So now to my question(s):In regards to eXp Realy, do they have a non-compete or anything in their agent agreement that would prevent me from doing PM while attempting to work as an agent in the evenings/weekends?

I second Zach Quick on this one: consider what your life will be like driving 6 hours nearly every weekend for the first 30 days.

The group is supportive, with regular classes every week, and monthly seminars every weekend.
