I’m also going to assume you used a professional real estate photographer.

I've also sold collectible on ebay, did photography tours for tourists in my city, booked travel for clients as a travel agent, published a real estate book on amazon KDP, sold landscape photographs at galleries, and a few other odd-jobs here and there.

I own a triplex in LA, which we live in as a house hack and I own units in Tucson AZ that we converted to Veteran Section 8 housing.

Of the more veteran investors I know that seem to buy a lot of properties in the NEO area, and other parts of Ohio seem to have a algorithm they like. 

The agent should have a great lender recommendation, as well as contractors, photographers, a property manager, etc.

Then use our contractors, inspectors, title, lender, photographers, cleaners, etc- so we know they are all great at their jobs and I know my clients are well covered.
