Hi AllI couldn't find any other forum that came close to this question so .. where I'm still a beginner (less than a year) I thought I'd post it here -- Does anyone know of any tax credits for doing energy or weatherization upgrades to rental properties?

I owe $92K on the property and other properties in the area have sold around $96K one other one sold at $103K which was mainly due to upgraded granite counters, stainless steel appliances which isn't typical for these properties.
