Hi AllI couldn't find any other forum that came close to this question so .. where I'm still a beginner (less than a year) I thought I'd post it here -- Does anyone know of any tax credits for doing energy or weatherization upgrades to rental properties?

Foreclosures are almost never in decent condition.If there are tenants inside the house, it is going to need upgrading before you can sell it (new paint, new carpet).

I owe $92K on the property and other properties in the area have sold around $96K one other one sold at $103K which was mainly due to upgraded granite counters, stainless steel appliances which isn't typical for these properties.
