I’m going to be out of town for 4 months this fall and hope to rent my unit furnished.

I see now that even a mathematics whiz wouldn't be able to figure this out....it ultimately depends on what gets built or how we decide to invest proceeds. 

Get out the phone book and call every little bank in your town till you find the right one willing to do business with reasonable conditions and terms .

Most times, these homes will be slightly older but are often well built and have solid bones.  

What areas of town are you considering?

It was built in the 50's and the owner pays water, gas, electric for the property.

The original property was built in 1953 and another unit was added in 2007.
