@Tinley JonesOnly pro I can think of is you are diversifying in different markets.CONSBiggest one is managing multiple people/teams..

Do you have any suggestions for how to find / reach out to property managers in an out of area situation & are they typically the property managers that are part of your 'team'?

Looking to team up with a Realor to create a funnel for deals.

My team and I use bandit signs and we get calls.

:)This is why I just cringe at the thought of people thinking they are going to save a few grand in these neighborhoods building their so called team and doing remote rehab.. its tough enough when you live there much less trying to do this from across the country.. 

Next time, I will have a team and we will do the work for half the price!

I say pick a market, build a team and don't look back..

Also, I work on a fix and flip team, so adding wholesalers to our list is always something we are looking to do in order to find great investment opportunities for ourselves.
