Prior to 6 months ago, I had been aggressively buying the previous 18 months because I had anticipated inflation would rise (guess I was right) and I viewed real estate as a safer investing that would grow my net-worth with high inflation speeding up the process in conjunction with the low interest rates that were available then.

It sounds like your approach and speed for REI is very sustainable. 

As Guy mentioned, you don't need to, but it could increase the speed at which you sell and the price. 

When it's set up, at that point about once a month I'll come by to collect the footage to bring home from an SD card, fast forward it say 10x speed for the month and just look for anything suspicious.

Those as well as consuming podcasts in great number and reading forum posts, you should be up to speed on the vocabulary quickly.  

Maybe reminding them speed it up.

Bring them up to speed and try to have someone there when you open the lock, or ask them to do it.

He's not the cheapest, but the quality and speed are superb.
