What type of prospectus or portfolio documentation should I prepare prior to contacting lenders?

Hello,My question is if a quitclaim deed was prepared without the grantor’s physical address (which is not the property being transferred) does that effect the validity of the deed in the state of Alabama?

I realized how very important it is to invest ones own money and prepare for retirement my goal is to become financially independent.

I have a master's degree in organizational psychology with specialization in consumer psychology.

Rotorua is lower demographic, you need to know where to buy as some areas better then others. growth is OK but nothing special.
