There may be a special assessment by your HOA, a plumber may have to come over to fix the toilet, the stove might come to the end of its useful life, there will be a vacancy, etc.

I'm just sayin' - seems like a recent trend, but we did just pick up toilets and bathroom sink/cabinets from Home Depot that were special ordered for a client.

i kind of want a service where people dont have to create a special account just to send us $40 one time (assuming they dont get the house).I think google wallet will work if they already have a google account. that's free and they can send $40 through their email as well.I hate to inconvenience people by telling them "go to cozy (or erentpayment), create an account that you are never, ever going to use and pay the screening fee".
