As my strategy is mostly buy and hold, most transactions are large and I have relatively few so the need for constant updating and checking is really not there.After approx. 1 week I realized Pro was not what I needed.

I am having a hard time bringing myself to look at anything less than six, it just does not offer the cash flow I want.

Hi Guys, Originally, I started looking into the following markets:League City, TXKATY, TXTEXAS CITY,  TX PEARLAND, TXNORMAN, OKWINTER GARDEN, FLBOERNE, TX It is too much to keep track of all these markets, so my goal is to cut down my markets to 3 markets this week.

I'll be meeting with a manager in my area next week to discuss possibilities of employment or to seek advice on how to get started in this area.

@Jeff Marciniak from the sound of the initial post, I would probably either sign a six month lease to get through the winter, or I would move on from this tenant.

What if the house burns down six months into the lease.

I initially had this same idea and as of two weeks ago a JV partner of mine started renting his two extra rooms out.

I don't know how many hours/days/weeks I sat in front of the computer searching.

I have had it listed for about a week and I've done about 5 showings.
