If the property is a single family home...you may be limited overall in your ability to take losses.

I'll pay the lowest fee for a single house to not be committed in areas where I just can't identify a really, truly quality agent.

The problem @Lisa Marie, is that your post kinda says that it is a waste of time to invest in STRs based on a single person's analysis.
